We are seeking bright graduates in Economics with a specialisation in Finance and Strategy, who have a strong propensity for quantitative analysis and a high potential with regards to the following four competences:

 

Problem Solving: ability to analyse and develop solutions in an increasingly difficult and challenging economic scenario Leadership: ability to lead people toward meeting their goals and develop profitable relationships with all the people involved Result oriented: optimal management of resources to meet the best possible results

Entreprenaurial spirit and good communication skills: a "thinking out of the box" attitude , together with the ability to clearly and precisely present ideas.

 

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment department will contact you, if your curriculum vitae passes our first evaluation process (we give priority to academic studies, knowledge of languages and software programs followed by any prior work experience). The recruitment process consists of a series of interviews where we can discuss your educational and previous work credentials and you can find out more about Active Value Advisors and what we actually do. We will be analysing two types of fundamental skills which we consider to be essential when working in the consultancy field. Firstly, your personal skills and abilities will be evaluated, such as your communication skills, your level of motivation and attitude towards team work. Secondly, we will be assessing your technical skills, particularly in financial, accounting and statistics and your ability with quantitative analysis. You will also be requested to resolve some logical questions and case studies where there might not necessarily be a right or wrong answer, and we will be assessing your reasoning abilities, your attitude to problem solving and logical analysis.
